1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Dronify Malaysia's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Dronify Malaysia provides professional drone mapping, aerial inspection, and monitoring services including but not limited to:

• Topographical mapping and surveying
• Infrastructure inspection services
• Environmental monitoring
• Construction progress monitoring
• Data processing and analysis

3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Service Delivery

All services are subject to weather conditions, regulatory approvals, and site accessibility. Dronify reserves the right to reschedule services due to safety concerns or regulatory requirements.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate site information, obtain necessary permissions for site access, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.

3.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for survey-grade accuracy, data accuracy depends on various factors including weather conditions, equipment limitations, and site characteristics.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dronify Malaysia's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is further limited by our professional indemnity insurance coverage.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All deliverables remain the property of Dronify until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the service agreement. Dronify retains rights to methodologies, processes, and general knowledge.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Regulatory Compliance

All drone operations are conducted in compliance with Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local zoning and privacy laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Termination does not affect obligations for services already performed or payments due.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
